I'm badly hooked on Final Fantasy IX again, after finally getting it back from Fury, and finally getting disk 1 to work again.

I need help.

I'm probably one of the only people in the world who gets badly stuck on old fandoms, long after the fandom itself has, for the most part, died.

...Also, in writing news ('cause I know you're all excited about that), I'm almost finished with my Nel-and-Peppita (a.k.a. NO ALBEL) game in SO3, and will hopefully be ready to take on Romero and Albel in the Urssa Cave Temple soon. They'll kick my ass because I've gone WAY too fast through this game and have not leveled up quite as much as I probably should have, but I'll be able to take them on, and that's the important thing. Afterlife may be updated sometime in this life, if we're lucky. Keep your fingers crossed.

And it's almost February, and YDA is completely and totally ready for posting! And I'm on a serious FFIX overdrive kick, thanks to my recent download of the game's soundtrack. Chapter sixteen promises to be a good one. I hope. I also really want to finish YDA and try to write something a little more... original universe. Maybe it'll be my parting shot from the world of fanfiction?

This is LeFox, here to say that I have no willpower, and I just couldn't go through with it.

I'm revising and reposting Your Dark Angel. It'll be the exact same story, and the exact same chapters, but I'll be updating them to either smooth out dialogue, remove typos, improve imagery, clarify scenes, etc. For those of you who saved the original, it might be interesting to look back and see how I've improved, and give me some tips as I go!

Also, I'm accepting beta reader applications, if anyone has the time for it. It's about time I started using one.

Expect the first chapters to start showing up in February. I'm hoping it'll be an improvement on the original - I remember where I'm going, and by god, I'm going to remember it this time. I promise to finish it! Really.

Hold me to it this time. Like, seriously.
